Product Overview
The T1 Tegris Belt is a lightweight, low-profile 2-part system designed for comfort and stability. It combines the precision of laser cutting with the durability of Tegris composite to create a genuinely rigid platform.
Component 1 is a 38mm inner belt height, integrating a solid Tegris composite core with Velcro loop sewn along its length — threaded through your trouser loops and secured at the front. Component 2 is the main load-bearing outer belt: a single layer of laser-cut thermoplastic Tegris framework, reinforced with 1-inch tubular webbing sewn along its entire length.
The outer belt is lined with hook Velcro for quick attachment to the inner belt, and fastens via a Tegris composite insert behind the Cobra Pro Style D-Ring buckle, rated to 917kg (9kN) tensile strength and 1,835kg (18kN) in loop configuration — this Rigid Stability System maintains zero sag or movement at the front of the buckle, keeping holsters and med kit stable and consistently placed. A Riggers loop is included, rated for harnessing and carrying full bodyweight.
