DELIVERY

Standard Delivery – R130

NOCTIS AFRICA offers nationwide courier delivery to most street addresses within South Africa for a flat rate of R130 per order.

Please note:

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Deliveries to farms, plots, mines, remote locations, or areas not serviced by standard courier networks may incur additional charges.
- Certain oversized, heavy, bulky, hazardous, or restricted products may require a custom shipping quotation.
- Any additional delivery costs will be communicated and approved before dispatch.

Some products may qualify for free delivery, which will be clearly indicated during the checkout process.

NOCTIS AFRICA reserves the right to re-quote delivery charges where orders contain large or bulky items, products sourced from multiple suppliers, or delivery addresses located outside standard courier service areas.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

- 2–5 business days for parcels under 2 kg delivered to major centres.
- 3–14 business days for all other orders.
- Remote and outlying areas may require additional transit time.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared.

Please note that courier companies do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Lead Times & Supplier Availability

Certain products may be sourced directly from local distributors or international suppliers and may therefore be subject to extended lead times.

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, NOCTIS AFRICA cannot be held liable for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, courier companies, customs clearance processes, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number together with the courier company's details.

You may track your shipment directly using the courier's website and your waybill number.

Should you not receive tracking information within two business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an unused item within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in a resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a refund or store credit will be processed. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Products that have been used, modified, damaged through misuse, or are not in a resalable condition cannot be returned unless covered under a valid warranty claim.

Any shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

WARRANTY

All products sold by NOCTIS AFRICA are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and/or the warranty provided by the official South African distributor, where applicable.

Should a product develop a fault during the applicable warranty period:

1. Contact us before returning the item.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. The product will be submitted to the manufacturer or authorised distributor for assessment.

Warranty claims are subject to the findings and approval of the manufacturer or authorised distributor. Their determination regarding repair, replacement, or rejection of a claim shall be final.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty within 7 days of delivery, NOCTIS AFRICA will cover the cost of both collection and re-delivery.

For warranty claims submitted after 7 days from delivery, customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and receiving the product unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer or distributor.

Warranty claims do not cover:

- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper installation.
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs.
- Damage resulting from accidents or improper storage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available on selected products and destinations.
