Its well-balanced, compact design ensures even weight distribution on the riflescope, creating minimal impact on balance when mounted in front of the lens of your daytime optic.
The FXG50 variant pairs a 640×480 thermal sensor with 12μm pixel pitch and an F50/1.0 objective lens, delivering a confirmed 2,300m detection range for a standard 1.8m tall object in complete darkness — genuinely suited to animal identification at mid and longer distances. A quick-release PSP-B four-point bayonet mount lets you swap the attachment between different riflescopes without tools, using a separately available ring adapter sized to your specific scope's objective lens diameter.
A rugged magnesium alloy housing protects against shock, vibration and climatic extremes while helping dissipate heat from the internal electronics. The quick-change IPS7 Li-Ion battery pack delivers up to 11 hours of runtime — enough for a full night's use — with a simple quick-release design so a spent battery can be swapped in the field in seconds.
