The HD optical system is optimised with select glass elements to deliver exceptional resolution, cut chromatic aberration, and provide outstanding colour fidelity, edge-to-edge sharpness and light transmission. Dielectric prism coatings and phase correction combine to deliver bright, clear, colour-accurate images — the classic 10x42 configuration that genuinely covers the majority of hunting and guiding scenarios.
Built around a magnesium composite chassis wrapped in rubber armor, the 10x42 is argon-gas purged and O-ring sealed for genuinely superior fogproof and waterproof performance, with a hydrophobic ArmorTek coating protecting the outer lens elements from scratches, oil and dirt.
