The Vortex Razor® HD 4000 is designed for serious hunters and shooters who demand repeatable ranging performance in difficult field conditions. Its 7× magnification, premium HD optical system and reflective ranging capability of up to 3,658 m place it at the top of the Vortex non-ballistic handheld rangefinder range.

Normal, First, Last and Extended Laser Range target modes allow the user to adapt to foreground clutter, distant targets and extreme-range applications. XR™ Plus coatings, dielectric prism coatings, ArmorTek®, a magnesium alloy chassis and rugged rubber armour support excellent optical clarity and durable field performance.
